I am very impressed with the onboarding process of BIC, they could have save the cost of induction/application process by just going online ,instead they organise pre start training in their head office and support all new staff helping filling up necessary forms. BIC in this part literally knows the difference between reducing cost Vs investing on their staff. Soniya ( trainer) is very well experienced and helpful person who ensure everyone paper work is filled up properly and give very essential pre start training to all new employee.
