Fabulous breakfast we had a vegetarian and a full English This is not a cafe breakfast so don't expect baked beans and tinned tomatoes. The food was excellent good quality bacon and sausages the vegetarian breakfast had two sausages and gorgeous wilted spinach.Two generous sized pots of Tea and excellent customer service.We will definitely go back. We ordered 2 cokes and they gave us two hot chocolates... Fair enough was a mistake and the lady was nice and felt bad about it. We got two steaks, medium cooked... Mine was nicely cooked, my husband one was rare... Luckily he was not fussy and he ate it. Considering the price of the steaks (21.00 each) I would expect something more than just fries and literally one tomato and one mushroom. When i made the waiter notice that the meat was not cooked as requested he didn't say anything.... Just left with our plates. We spent a total, of 52 for two cokes 3 pieces of garlic breads and two steaks. When i go to Michelangelo, few steps down the hill,for that price i have two main dishes, two desserts two sides and two coffees and the quality of food and service is absolutely better.
What a wonderful place! I booked a table for 3 as a surprise for a friend. The lady behind the bar (sorry didn't get name) was so helpful and didn't mind us making a bit of a mess!!!! The food was so delicious and there is a huge range of gluten free and dairy free dishes to. Will definitely be going there again.
Lovely lunch in relaxed atmosphere. Dog friendly at lunchtime. Food was good quality and good service.
We had pop in randomly, didn't expecting anything special however we had very nice experience. Food was delicious, nicely presented served by kind lady. Also dog had a treat. Well recommend!
