I have two different machines from WaterRower, both are excellent quality. My latest addition is the SlimBeam exercise machine. If you are looking for exercise apparatus that will last a lifetime, then WaterRower is for you.

Love the Waterrower GX and the team here is excellent! First, will start by explaining that I have been searching forever for a low impact exercise at home. Was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease a few years ago and could no longer do heavy workouts with weights. The machine works like a dream and lets me workout at a comfortable pace and do short intervals of intensity when I can. The pull is extremely smooth compared to the chain towers I used to use in college and the machine is quiet enough so can watch tv or listen to music while working out. The sound of the lapping water is very relaxing and sets a good rhythm for workout. The only noise out of place comes from a slight wobble in the seat. More than a great product, I am super happy with the service provided by Ed and Les. I actually live in Japan and they worked with me to ship it across the ocean and fit my schedule. Great guys! My only complaint would be something perhaps with the packing service. The machine first arrived without the accompanying DVDs. Les was wonderful and arranged for them to be sent separately and threw in some grips and a cleaning kit for the trouble. Like I said, excellent service and love when companies recognize an error and make up for it! Only trouble there was the packing on the cleaning kit was not tight and the wood oil leaked everywhere. Will say that the oil is high quality and the are that has dripped on my wood floors is extra shiny! Overall, I would highly recommend the product and working with these two! Am confident they can workout some of the shipping issues and continue to impress me with their service!

Just spoke to both Michael and Mark from WaterRower who told me that I can purchase a rower now for an expected mid October delivery. The last rower I purchased had the delivery date pushed back three months and I did not want this happening again, however, I was under the impression that getting a refund from WaterRower would not be an issue in this instance. I told WaterRower that I assumed that a non delivered rower would be easy to obtain a refund for. I was told that I would NOT be able to receive a refund once an order has been placed and that they wanted me to agree to this waiver via email. I told them that the process seems a little dodgy and they replied saying, "We're not the ones being dodgy here.", implying that I was dodgy for asking about the refund policy. The product seems great but the company's practices are reason enough for me to not buy it.

A good product but after care was appalling. It all went well until we needed help. Suddenly lovely Jo who did a great sell initially turned very nasty. Buyer beware with after care! Because these aren't cheap!

An excellent product; in terms of build quality, design, ease of assembly, ease of storage (upright), and exercise format (great for body & uses 84% of muscle mass). Dealing with WaterRower Australia was a pleasant, efficient and helpful experience thanks to Jim Aldridge - excellent customer service. One of my professional hats is customer service consulting and training - it's always refreshing to come across someone as good as Jim. Delivery was prompt, efficient and reliable from Sydney to the Gold Coast (weekday overnight).

Love the water sound, but the wheels on the seat keeps falling apart, so I have had to order in the past. i recently order 4 more some to keep as spare, but i order the wrong part. i rang the office and got told to put a new order in and send a message to them. so i've got the wheels now, but no response to the message I sent them.
