Sad to see the shop move back to Stanmore - Was a really good store- good range of tools, good pricing and great customer service ( always at F&K). Don't know what this Paulo flop is on about, probably never used a tool in his life.

The helpless shop I have never saw. I can't believe. They don't know what they are selling, they don't try get any more information that you can find searching on google on your own, barely they read behind the label. You can find more informations giving some coins in a selling machine. Perhaps you can find some good tools but if you looking for an enlightenment forget about it.
Best tool shop and very good price I got looked after by sale manager Tarik Hadad and he looked after me I couldn't be happier got my Toollllllllllllllllll fixeddddddd Yayyyy.
