We have just completed a major renovation of our largish pool using Ben and his talented team. To complicate matters, they had to cart materials up no less than 60 steps. In addition, Ben surrounds himself with equally talented and professional contractors such as tilers, fencing and landscapers. The result has been a highly successful outcome - all achieved through Ben's driving force and his great team. MG.
After suffering through a list of dubious operators and one company who just couldn't be bothered, it was Sunset Pools I went with. Ben and his team are good to work with. Extremely organised, good communicators, their attention to details is brilliant, friendly, helpful, patient (for a newby pool renovator), and Ben communicates options well... I recommend Ben and his team to for any pool work you may have, but they are in the high-'mark up' side if charging! A recent quote for heat pump installation was 5000 over the 9000 quote I ended up going with. So look around!

We recently completed a major pool renovation with Sunset Pools. Our pool and surroundings have been transformed into a modern and impressive environment. With input from Ben, we selected quality products and Ben's staff and experienced contractors ensured the finished product was of the highest standard. The final result is a fully tiled sunken pool with quality fittings, a water feature, a stunning frameless glass fence and beautiful travertine surrounds and decks for entertaining. We now have a pool and outdoor area which is beautiful, functional and a delight to use with family and friends. We are extremely pleased and proud of what has been created and believe that it has added considerable value to our property. As with most projects of this nature, we encountered a few issues during delivery. At each point, Ben clearly outlined the problem and potential solutions, together with recommendations. In all cases, we had the confidence to accept his recommendations and were well satisfied with the way these issues were addressed and resolved. Not only was the project of high quality and standard, but it was also completed on time and within budget. AFTERSERVICE Thank you Ben and your team for coming to our rescue when I developed a leak in a underground pipe line pre xmas, and then a tennis ball blockage episode that we will not go into. (embarrassment) Your ability to respond and service my maintenance predicament was out standing and so appreciated by our family given the work load you had on.
