After some initial hiccups, our issues were dealt with and rectified extremely promptly by Matt. Amazing turnaround, and great service from the management team. We now feel far more likely to use and recommend Shred-it in future.

I called and emailed Shred-It three weeks ago. The process was very painful, back and forth email with the sales team. I had to follow up three time before someone from the sales team finally returned my email with the document for me to sign which I returned straight away. I had to follow up again for them to give me the date. I then got the date last week for the bin to be delivered today. And now it's 2 pm, still nothing, so I called Shred-It and guess what the driver is unable to drop the bin today. Update: Shred-It team reached out to me and apologised. They have fixed the issue for me and delivered the bin within one day. Was quite surprised when they called and tried to rectify this, that was a good customer service. Massive thanks to Duncan. After initially ringing another huge Shredding Company, we filled out the paperwork and waited to be contacted. We followed up and they told us that they had put the job out to tender. At the time of writing which is 6 weeks plus, we have heard nothing. I found Shred-It on Google and they immediately answered the phone and booked me in for a few days time. Michelle bent over backwards to make sure we had the best experience ever and the driver Luke was exceptional and a methodical worker. The price was also excellent and came in better than I expected. We were followed up without asking, and also invoiced after the job. The invoice has a 30 day period to pay. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism of this Company and highly recommend them to all seeking a similar service. Special thanks to Michelle and Luke, their service was fantastic.
The company I work for has been using Shred It forever and can I just say how accommodating and easy it is to deal with them to get things done. We recently had a big office move and needed extra bins dropped off and removed weekly - this all happened so efficiently with a quick phone call or email. Shout out to Martha who has been making sure throughout the entire process that we have everything we need. We really appreciate the professionalism of Shred It and all the help along the way.
