Disaster. We have flooding issues that Allworth will not accept that they have any liability. There is clear structural issues with the house. The dealings with the building team and Stephen Hall is terrible. A group of men that won’t even listen to any input just assume they have done their job right. Terrible. Worst decision to build with this company.

Seriously, We have never dealt with a builder that was serious, trustworthy and most of all builds affordable houses without the hassle and surprises. A massive thank you to the ladies in the Kellyville Office that made the Admin process of building our house so smooth and was lovely to deal with them all. Thank you Allworth Homes for being such a great model. Will certainly consider building with you again. We recently built the Altona Delux Media Entertainer in Blacktown. A quality home for a very competitive price. They were trustworthy and professional throughout their work which gave us peace of mind. We appreciate the quality of the brickwork - very skilled tradies. Love the beautiful look of the front elevation from the rendering features. Thanks to Ralph, Glenn and their team. However there were a lack of communication between us and their Sydney office. Thanks Glenn, for the exceptional service after the handover, this helped us out a lot. The house looks great.
I experienced an issue where Allworth's excavation team spread their excavations on my property instead of removing it offsite completely. After contacting Allworth, they very hastily removed the fill within the day. The supervisor then met me onsite to confirm I was fine with the job.
We've been in our Allworth home for 6 months now and we love it! Michael from Oran Park was fantastic, we cannot thank him enough. As first home owners we had no idea what we were doing so it was so important to have someone so helpful. Our home was built quicker than we expected so that was a bonus, and Matt, our site manager, was friendly and proactive. Thanks Allworth!
