After looking for a security system in Sydney I thought I would give them a go after getting quotes from other providers. Even though there was some back-forth with getting the system installed for a family home the team was always very courteous, detail focused and resolved all questions, at a competitive price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrific service, they get U signed up to a 3 yr deal then are nothing but rude to you anytime you talk to them. They charge ridiculous money to come and do anything. They tell you, you need to pay because only a tech can do it but then someone else will say 'oh you could have done that's. They charge even when the service is off. It cuts out all the time. I cannot properly express in writing how much I HATE this company. One of my biggest regrets in life was signing up to this contract. DON'T DO IT!

They ensured that the installation was done to our family's complete satisfaction. Also trained us with the operation of alarm and cameras. Helped us with setting up the apps on our phones. My suggestion is to think VERY hard about what will happen in a situation where you want to decommission your alarm system. EVERY possible underhanded sales technique in the book was used to try to retain us as a client. This included blatant lies to pretending that phones stopped working or supervisors weren’t working despite calling during business hours. An attempt to extort 171 and 48.30 per 15 minutes for a technician to do what I was eventually advised to do (by the only staffer at ADT who still has a soul) involved removing a plug from a wall socket and unclipping a battery. Why they didn’t want to give me that advice leads me to the only reasonable conclusion which is that if you have an alarm you’re still going to be robbed in the end. However, you stand a better chance of getting your hard earned back from one crook and NEVER from the REAL crooks.
