I went to renew my P0B0X and was met by a lady who clearly doesn’t have any people skills. I was more than polite; only, to be met with smug replies and a cavalier attitude . It’s bad enough that the hours are untimely due to “unforeseen circumstances” that occurred over a year ago! I feel as though my mail (which I receive personal notes due to errors I’ve already addressed with my payees to correct my box number ) is held hostage when, everywhere else mail is at the disposal..
