Freddy and friends all agree the pizza was delicious. It was recommended we give it a try and it was worth stopping.

Food is good. Small town atmosphere. Everyone is friendly. Everything you would expect from a small town restaurant.
I only went there once. The crotchety old lady in dark hair was curt, persnickety and made me wait for others who came after I did. The pizza tasted like it was made out of the cheapest ingredients money could buy. It was only slightly better than the doughy junk the gas station next to them sells by the slice. Honestly, for the outrageous cost of 35 for a large pizza with a single topping. You are far better off to make a trip to GP for something better.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO END UP IN HOSPITAL I stopped at this place for dinner and I have ordered fried chicken which comes with choice of potatoe vegetables and soup of the day or salad. I have chosen soup. Soup of the day was Italian wedding. Shortly after I placed an order I was served with soup and I have begun eating it. In just 2 seconds I felt something strange in my mouth that doesn't belong to soup. I fished it out of my mouth and what I saw made me stunned. I fished out a piece of aluminum can shaving. I almost ate it. If I have swallowed it I would have end up in a hospital with internal bleeding which could lead to death. So I have shown that piece of metal to a server and she said she will take it to the boss. After she came back she said it's not a piece of can but scrape from the pot. ( like I'm stupid and I can't tell the difference). I said it's a piece of aluminum can because the soup they serve it's Cambell's Italian wedding soup. ( I know exactly it was because I used to buy those from Superstore or Walmart and it looked and tasted like it too. What is the chance that you can cook soup like this exactly like Cambell's ? I think very slim.) So I knew the server is lying to me. At the end they offered me discount of 2 of my total bill. So I thought to myself, so my life is worth to them only 2? Wow I was stunt. Conclusion, DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO END UP IN HOSPITAL.
The meat lovers pizza looked amazing and tasted amazing. I ate almost 2 pieces then all of a sudden after 5..10 min I had to run to the washroom. All of it came up.. never had that happen before and but I could keep down my left over supper from yesterday... I knew it was the pizza.. I will not be eating there again.
Although this is a fairly typical roadside diner, the food and service were very good! It is a little difficult to access, as it is on a dirt road and lot, off the highway. However, you can tell it is good from the number of vehicles outside, and the number of patrons inside. I tried the clubhouse sandwich, which was huge, fresh and delivered quickly. For a place in the middle of nowhere, it delivers quality! Definitely go again.
Good wholesome food. Quiet setting. Good meal choices. Highly recommended.
Very good meal! Had the pork chops /mushroom sauce and the chops were done to perfection! Good sized serving and wait staff was very amusing and courteous.. Will definitely be back! Only drawback was public washroom.. Could use some TLC..
