We requested a building survey and the service and the price were superb! We received a very extensive and detailed report, with very good advise and Martin resolved all our queries. Also highlight that in these times that everybody is racing to get everything done before the Stamp Duty holiday is over, this entire process was so efficiently managed by them that it was stress free for us! Thank you again Martin!

I have received the highest professional level of work I could hope for. I have absolutely no complains or negative impressions. The report was compiled in short time and it was written in great detail and in a clear language, also understandable if you're non technical .
Very responsive and professional service. The report was very clear and additional feedback provided in response to my questions - would definitely recommend many thanks
Martin is very attentive and he provided a detailed report covering 40 pages. He has the local expertise and understand the surrounding area e.g. able to tell the age of the building, when the extension carried out, spotting things that had been missed by the mortgage valuation. He had also provided detailed advice towards our renovation place according to the condition. Definitely recommend to use Martin.
Buying a house during a pandemic isn't easy but despite all the backlog and issues facing the industry, Martin has always been very responsive with us. He made sure to work with our estate agents to arrange a suitable time for the survey and he made us feel like we were a priority. He went out of his way to raise a concern with the current owners of the house we're buying as he saw an imminent danger during his inspection even though he was hired by us, so you can tell he is genuine and does this job because he cares. The report was very thorough, so much to read! But exactly what is needed. Everything was just done so quickly and immaculately and we do not regret approaching Ryan George Surveyors at all! Thanks again Martin, we really appreciate your service.
