Bad experience. Bad customer service. Have dealt with both Blackwood Townsville and Blackwood Mount isa. Townsville is fabulous and mount isa just wants your money. Paid shipping online and then had to pay shipping upon arrival again. Workers don't care to help and attempt to blame the customer every chance they get. Avoid at all costs
