AMAZING I don't know how else to describe Gino's other then to say that it is absolutely amazing. The food takes me back to Nona's (Italian for Grandma). Authentic, homemade Italian recipes. From the spaghetti sauce to the raviolis, and from the homemade rolls to the desserts. By far the best restaurant around and mist definitely worth the price. Be sure to bring your appetite, because we've never left without having to ask for a carry-out box. Warm, friendly atmosphere where you're made to feel like family & a true guest.

I’m not one to normally write reviews so if I don’t write this correctly please understand that the food was excellent but the plates were dirty the waiter had some kind of an attitude for no reason almost appeared like he didn’t like us being their parking lot was totally empty but food was great
2 Italian men who cook as well as entertain their patrons is a real nice experience. Their food has such great taste! You don't expect to have authentic Italian food in Rutledge Tn.

Their Italian Cuisine is fantastic. It is the best Italian food within in East TN. Friendly, enthusiastic staff who genuinely care about providing a great dining experience to their customers. I highly recommend them.
