Really friendly and helpful staff, nice layout and selection, good prices. Every time I have been the staff here have been really attentive but in a genuine non-pushy way. It is my go to garden centre moving forward.

Not a happy Chappie I have emailed you guys 3 times & heard nothing!! I brought a Hozelock expandable hose pipe off you online & after 8 months it’s leaking.I have a Year guarantee with it apparently with the Retailer being yourselves.I have proof of purchase etc,but you are deciding to ignore all emails.I have emailed Hozelock who have also told me it’s your responsibility.
I have been here many times and there are so many changes for the better happening. The new owners and their team are working tirelessly to create a beautiful and different centre. I get annoyed at people like the previous reviewer who has gone there and then taken the time to leave negative feedback which is especially hard now as most companies are trying the hold their heads above water. What a great world we live in!
