I had ordered a very special limited edition Frog bike for my Grandson over the phone. On collection today I was pleased to be greeted by Robin; a man who gives exceptional service to his clients. As usual we had a full run down on the purchased bike and he gave me an excellent trade in value. I have always found Robin to be brilliant in every aspect and today did not disappoint me. HE may well have been disappointed as the last time we popped in he relieved me of just under 4K. Not so much today Robin!

We have been looked after by the staff at Rutland Cycles Grafham amazingly well throughout the process of looking, buying, and collecting our e-bikes. We have been very impressed by the staff's knowledge and enthusiasm especially Paul. They all showed immense patience with us and answered our many questions and queries. A big thank you to Jess and Danny . We are really pleased with the bikes we purchased and feel we were given sound advise right from the start.
Danny and the team were fab today. I entered to buy a mountain bike for my 11 yr old son, and left with one for my 8 yr old daughter too. Must add that this was due to the fab range on offer instore and the knowledgeable staff (rather than being overtly sold to)! Two delighted kids. I've shopped here for years and the in store experience is always grand, and the post sales care is equal to this. Highly recommend.
Hired a couple of electric tandem mountain bikes WHAT A BLAST!! Great fun these things will go anywhere. Only covered 17 miles but we could of ridden all day. Great brief before the ride on the controls and we where off. Look forward to doing again.
