I had my bike repaired here in Dec 2020. Some parts were hard to get hold of because of the pandemic, but the staff worked hard to find a solution and were able to do the repair quickly — for a very reasonable price. Communication was also excellent. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to this time because of the outstanding service I received. I'll certainly be coming back. Many thanks.

I've booked online! Hire a bike for 1 day. The pick up location is great (right beside the station) The staff was very friendly and nice The bike came with lights, wheel lock, U lock and paid 1 extra for the helmet The seat was very comfortable and the bike was great! Not cheap however the bikes are awesome and I've included 1 day insurance. They require photo ID Thank you :) Barbara

While visiting Cambridge I forgot to secure some bungee cords properly on my pannier rack, and managed to get one entangled in my rear cassette in such a way that cycling safely was impossible. Rutland Cycling were one of the few bike shops open on a Sunday afternoon during the pandemic, and I was worried that they wouldn't have time to help. That wasn't the case at all - Javier and Henry(?) were super friendly and were able to sort it out for me within a few minutes of showing up. Without them I would've been well and truly screwed - thanks guys!
