I have been meaning to write a review for a while, but only now getting round to it! I have now been on 3 (maybe 4) courses with Robyn and all of them have been fantastic, so much so whenever anyone talks to me about cooking courses or learning how, i always recommend they take a course here. Robyn is a great teacher and you can tell he has a real passion for teaching people that want to learn. It's also a bonus that all of the recipes can be easily replicated at home, having been on many courses in the past that require you to buy tonnes of new kitchenware, being able to go home and cook the recipe without too much bother is great. I plan to visit again as soon as i feasibly can! I would give more stars if i could!

Had another fantastic day. Very covid safe. Can't wait until my next visit.
My daughter and I came to the Thai street food course today for a Christmas present. We absolutely loved it and had the best day. Robin who led the course was so fun and knowledgeable and made the day what it was. The dishes were perfect but there was variety between them and they were all things we will be recreating at home. The whole day felt very personable and they had done so well in making the day feel normal but safe considering the COVID restrictions. We will definitely be coming back to try all the other courses!!!!
Attended the baking for afternoon tea session yesterday, loved every second! Robin is an excellent tutor - paced the session really well, very organised and learnt so much. My son and I desperately tried to burn his kitchen down but Robin was unflappable and good humoured about our incompetence. If you are thinking about booking it really is a lovely day - top tip - remember to take storage containers!
Excellent day out. Learnt a lot, enjoyed the cooking, all the tips and will definitely be back. I've done a few of these kinds of days and I have to say Robin has done a brilliant job of bringing his years of experience to life in the many classes he runs. We did Classic French and made lots of lovely dishes, ate them all and went home very happy! Thanks for a great day :-)
