Took my grandmother here for her birthday yesterday and it was honesty the worst service I have ever received. This saddens me because we have been coming here for years and wanted her to have a good birthday as it was her first time here. It was very empty and yet our waiter completely forgot about us so we got another one. After that, the other waiter forgot about us as well. Then the manager came up and apologized and after that our service was still horrible! We had to CALL the place just to get our bill because no one was serving us. Also the previous time we came here there was a hair in our food. Even though it was comped that’s still unacceptable, especially at a restaurant like this.

Celebrated my daughters 29th b-day. We had a great time and the service was great.
A girls weekend for my friend's birthday! We had to reschedule our reservation and the staff was professional and understanding as we were driving in from out of town. Once we arrived the hostess quickly sat us and we were greeted immediately. Our bartender and waitress was Hailee Gregory. She was prompt, efficient, thorough, courteous, and warm and welcoming. My friend didn't know what to order and Hailee gave her several options for both drinks and dinner. We took her recommendations and were all beyond pleased with our choices. She made our drinks perfectly. She was a delight to converse with and such an amazing asset to our overall experience. This was all of our first time to eat at Ruth's Chris and were not disappointed. The ambience, staff, and quality of food was a perfect evening for my friends birthday dinner to kick off our weekend getaway! I had the New York Strip (Medium Rare), baked potato, and green beans. DELICIOUS!
I asked for a well done T-bone steak; when it arrived I noticed it was medium roar. I tried it anyway, decided to take a chance since half cooked steak is very popular. It turned out to be one of the best T-bone steaks I’ve ever had. They received a 3-star because, if a customer request a well-done meat it’s specifically for a reason. I am not the type to send my food back, but there could have been a loss if I would have been technical for rejecting the 61 steak due to medium roar.
This is hands down our go to a place for the best stuffed chicken. Best way to celebrate with the hubby and nice glass of Red blend wine. Our server Jaden was hands down the best waiter we’ve had in a long time. The service is always good their, but we really appreciated Jaden.
