This was not my first visit to Ruth Chris Steak House but it will be the last. My husband and I went out for a date night on the 1st of January. It wasn't terribly busy, but it took forever for our server to come greet us and that continued throughout the meal. It was easily 10-15 minutes between visits, my drink didn't show up until my soup was already on the table. My drink was not correct. Over an hour after ordering, we receive our entrees - the filet was ordered medium rare, but came out nearly well done after clearing seating under heat lamps for too long. My lobster mac & cheese suffered the same fate. It was rubbery and barely edible at that point, but we were both so hungry, we still ate it. We've both been servers and worked in the restaurant industry, so instead, I waited to speak to a manager the following Monday. After speaking with a very apologetic manager, he offered to supplement our experience by sending something in the mail. That was a month and a half ago. Not only does the serving staff not care about their customers, apparently the management doesn't either. If you really want Ruth Chris, go to the one in Clayton instead. I'm sure you'll be more likely to have a better experience there.

Nice atmospheric setting; perfect for date night. The waiter was the best; the prices are on the steeper side because everything on the menu is sold separately, but the quality and portion of food you'll receive makes it worth it. I recommend the stuffed chicken breast and sweet potato. Absolutely delicious. You even get a personal television.
1st off, I didn't know of this joint and I am always down for a good steak. Location is at the Hyatt, so parking options are limited unless you valet, price is expensive if you are only eating at this establishment (Hyatt service). So, find a cheaper spot to park at, Uber or walk there to save 40. Upon arrival, staff was extremely friendly and of service. Honestly a high 3 star service when it comes to 6 star rating. If you eat on a budget...consider not eating at this establishment, but I will say...the service and food was worth the quality versus price. Expect a ticket price over 200 for 2 people on main dish and drinks. A spot for celebration or special occasion is more of my thought. The setting is very tasteful, great environment and atmosphere to truly enjoy your meal with your party. Based on my experience, I will go here again to try some of their other food options...even the Tomahawk Steak (140), 40oz . Worth the visit and try folks!
The staff was friendly, made me feel welcomed, patrons not so much.. went there randomly with my wife and three year old. Thought we were going to be out of place. However I couldn't have been more wrong. They actually had a kids menus and treated our son to ice cream. Food is expensive for us but we were prepared to pay the cost. The proportions are extremely large can definitely be shared. Would love to attend again.
Service was great! Our hash browns were still cold inside, but the manager took them off our bill. Crab cakes and steak were delicious!
