So I ordered 3 steaks from here today to celebrate my boyfriend and sister's birthdays and one for myself. Sadly the steaks were undercooked. I called and spoke with Chris not sure if it was the owner but he was so concerned and thoughtful. He offered to remake them but I live too far to want to drive back plus I did not want to lug my kids out again. Thankfully he not only assisted with instructions on how to get it cooked to temperature but he also reconciled the issue by mailing a gift card. This is why I am giving it a 5 still because of him and his sincerity.

Food was ok, service was horrible, really bad experience for a Valentine's celebration. The waitress was who messed up the date.
In town visiting for the holidays. I called today (Christmas eve) at 5:48 pm. Inquiring about potential catering for tomorrow (Christmas day) for my team. Whom are also here with me traveling and away from friends and family. The gentleman that answered the phone was very short, unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful. Being someone that frequents Ruth Chris often. I was very surprised and taken back by his tone, demeanor and lack of costumer service. Hopefully no one else will have to experience this sort of unprofessional. In the best feature, especially on such a holiday like Christmas.
Decided to try this place out for the first time ever and boy am I glad I did. This place is amazing. The cowboy steak I got was cooked to perfection. Perfectly seasoned as well. The sides were delicious. We got the garlic mashed potatoes and the lobster Mac and cheese. Wow that’s all I can say. I’ve been to plenty of well known steak houses and this one by far is in my top 3 hands down. We will definitely be back. Our server Jesus was very helpful and very friendly and polite. We definitely want to visit when he’s working again.
Fairly horrible for a Ruth Chris location. The steaks were not prepared as was specified on the order. The person who brought the food to the car handed us items, only to realize they were incorrect and rudely snatch them back. With covid concerns that seems like both a rude (just ask for them! don't snatch!!) and health-concerning move. Also had to call twice to order because the first person to answer was extremely grumpy. Easy F
