It was a good first time around experience. I expected to be WOWED more. Nevertheless they didn't disappoint. The waitress were beyond their titles. I think to for us to call them waitress is low class. They showed forth great welcoming hospitality. It was beyond a restaurant feeling, felt like home. Kudos to the SIZZLING DISHES !!!!! Awesome Food... I will visit again.. Thank you Ruth's Chris Steak House @North Dallas Tollway

I was wanting to eat some dinner from this restaurant but wanted to be nestled by my fire so I opted to order from the the to-go menu. The staff was good & attentive to the customer's needs. I ordered my steak WELL DONE,, DONE,, DONE!!My wait time was roughly 35/55 min. No problem.My bill was over 200. NOT including tip. No problem. A manager hand delivered my order & asked if I needed plastic ware? I would have thought that a 270 dinner (for 2) would have came with some eatery but I was. wrong. No problem. Got home (live 2 exits up the road) & ready to dive in. The food was already dropping down to the cool zone. Then I cut into my steak and the entire inside was pink. I wound up cooking it myself & warming up the rest in micro. However, i did get to enjoy my dinner with my husband. Maybe it would have been a better experience had we eaten inside but for the price it could have been alot better all the way around
My husband surprised me with dinner for my 45th birthday! It was an AWESOME experience! From recognizing my birthday, to calling me by my name, awesome service from Chuck, to the delicious dessert!! It was an awesome experience!! Great job! My favorite dish: the stuffed mushrooms!! A must try!! Enjoy!!
Excellent service. I didn't have a reservation, but was accommodated. The food and drinks were great and the service was incredibly good. I am definitely going back. One of the best restaurants in the metro.
