Myself and my mum visited the factory for a tour yesterday and met Margaret an amazing woman who's story of her life and how Patchwork began is truly inspirational. Thankyou to all the staff who made us feel welcome especially Jenny (thanks for the taste testing) and Sam who went above and beyond and sang Happy Birthday to my mum. I would definitely recommend a visit to anyone considering going on the tour.

I was really looking forward to my 1st trip to this shop, 60 mile round trip to find that it was closed it said on website open times on a Saturday were 9-5pm, we arrived at 1, I'm very disappointed, other cars also came to find the shop closed too, your website needs updating to avoid future disappointment and wasted petrol for other customers!!
