Got gas 20 dollars worth after it messing up twice paying for it. I had to switch pumps and it went through. Look at my statement and I also got charged for 32.21 for gas the same place and time. Call the place the woman acts upset that I'm calling and tells me to call my bank that she cant help me. I told her their the ones charged me and she replies I will have to wait till the following Monday to get a manager.
Would be much better if employees would talk to you not the people they have on there cell phone. Personal calls are for personal time.
The manager was a rude lady. I started pumping gas and then went in to buy a pack of smokes. She asked for my ID. If you think a 6'4, 330lbs man with more grey hair than brown hair is under 21, then you shouldn't even be working at a gas station. So I pointed out the sign right on the window that says we card everyone under 40, well, I am 51. She then says that corporate doesn't care and that she is not losing her job because she has to scan every person who is buying cigarettes. So I went and got my ID from the truck, stopped pumping gas, \wasn't even half full\ and got my smokes and left. I will never go back to this gas station for anything. When you make your customers jump through hoops for buying a pack of smokes when you don't even need an id to vote, is scary.
