My adjuster Eric C. did the best he could in working with my insurance company. He answered my questions the best he could and called me back when needed. I hope if I have another incidence I could work with Eric.

This company is intentionally not responsive and dragging their feet. The examiner assigned to the claim doesn't even answer her phone. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. They should not be in business as what they are doing is totally lacking in integrity and tries to stonewall claims.
I was looking for some tax advice and additional information because we are new to the area. I called and spoke with Len. He was very helpful and provided all of the information I needed and more. He understood what I needed and provided advice on how to move forward. He did it for FREE. This will be my good no lace from now on. Thanks
As a contractor working on behalf of a mutual client ... this company is the worst for communicating on every level. The one person who i will say was an absolute pleasure to speak with was illiana hats off to her.
I don't know any insurance company that should trust these clowns with adjusting claims.
I have been waiting for an insurance claim check to be reissued since February of 2020 a,d we are in July 2020 and I have not received any check. Brett Clark, the representative in charge of the claim is the most rude, lazy, irresponsible and unprofessional person I have ever met. This company is overall inadequate for seeking any services and expect an response and any professionalism. Still waiting for Brett Clark to decide to work for his paychek.
I really like that they take the time to open their doors for you when coming or leaving. Excellent customer service.
Field Adjuster was a good guy and "Johnny on the spot" per say. The inside where everything is processed doesn't get in any kind of hurt and could careless if your house is fixing to fall off the foundation. It's probably on, if not past 3 months since Field Adjuster came out.
