Purchased vinyl slats 16months ago. I have asked and had several staff from Pullins check laying. Originally quoted that I would not need new underflooring as chipboard already in place, Layer arrives and states that we need Masonite on floor an extra 5000 due to labour & time. Laying completed in same amount of time. Noticed like "waves or bilges" in floor contacted Pullins at first tried to say could not see or feel unevenness, second person sent for review asked to put dots where inconsistencies were did same. Come and fixed 2 parts tried to say was caused by dampness under house. 3rd person came reviewed and left with follow up to occur has never occurred I am left with a floor that has bulges all over, with staff who have tried to tell me that they cannot feel inconsistencies & I feel that I have been treated as a fool. Presently where all my doors are there are bulges. If anyone wants to come and view how my floor was laid and see where the dots are on the floor waiting for repair please contact me via this review page and I will arrange inspection. If you are over 60 do not use Pullins you are treated with no respect & someone who knows nothing. Shame on Pullins used as a local company, never again
