Brittany at Priceline Rutherford is a star. She deserves a promotion or a salary raise or both. Brittany’s customer service is excellent. Her knowledge of the cosmetics industry was 10/10 and provided me with the best advice I’ve received on my cosmetics in over 40 years. First (and last) visit to this Priceline Pharmacy. When given our dispensed scripts my two belonged to someone else and so obviously wrong address on the issued medicines (was told this can happen because my surname is a common one). They then couldn't find my prescriptions so after waiting for 10 mins plus (already had had a 25 min wait to get the incorrect issue) I asked them to call me when they did. My husband was overcharged for his script so rang and told them, was told refund would be waiting at the till when I came back to collect my previously misplaced scripts. When I did go to pick up my scripts after being phoned and informed they had found them, it took several minutes for them to locate the scripts again and then no one knew about any refund when I went to the till. Finally things were sorted but found the woman who is in shared charge of the business was brusque and not particularly pleasant to deal with. This was a situation of their making not mine so she could have at least been a little more pleasant. I must say though that the other staff member at the till was really nice. I don't think it is good enough when this sort of situation occurs involving medicines etc. I suggest trying the Terry White Pharmacy in the same carparking area. Very long I know but feel it is important to highlight situations where medicines, drugs etc are meant to be dispensed safely and correctly regardless how common your surname is.

Hopeless.... the usual wait for a prescription is about 20mins. The actual pharmacist are pretty rude. They often misplace your prescription too. The girls at the counters and make up section are polite and helpful

Sent my hubby here today for some cream for my babys eczema, he didnt know where to find it so asked one of the girls who worked there. All she did was point him to the moisturiser aisle and said 'if its not there we dont have it.' Hubby couldnt find it (its a baby lotion so of course its not in the adult moisturiser aisle) so went to terry white instead. The girl at terry white came straight up , looked at his reference picture and grabbed it for him as well as the other things he needed. What a difference in customer service! Will be going straight to terry white from now on!
