I placed an order on 3rd December 2019. I was supposed to receive my bundle 11th December 2019. I didn't receive the mattress protector as on 20th December. I got in touch with your customer service team multiple times and it has been very frustrating dealing with them. When I expressed my annoyance, the employee showed no remorse and told me rudely that I can cancel my order if I want. This shows how pathetic your employees are, who do not have a sense of taking accountability for their actions. They have the audacity to bully the customer into cancelling the order so that they don't have to face any problems. Also, the company boasts (misleadingly) on the website that they deliver next day, seems like it runs on false promises.

Ordered an Ergoflex mattress that arrived on Friday ready for the weekend and it's exactly what I was hoping for. Not too soft or too firm with just the right level of 'moulding' to your shape for comfort and support. I can't feel my partner tossing and turning or getting up in the night either (and vice versa) like with our old mattress, so better sleep is experienced by all. Great investment.
