This one was definitely not as good as the other ones I've been to! The employees were all friendly, it's just the quality was lacking. Could do a lot better!

After standing in at the counter with no acknowledgment for 5 minutes, someone finally came. There was probably 15 people in the waiting room. I was the first up. After literally everyone getting my food including someone behind me eith the exact some order and having to get mad after being told a few more minutes. Come to find out they gave my order to someone in the drive through. 22 minutes after walking in to get my food. Then when I do get it. The cheese is cold, hard and freezer burnt

Service was slow. Ppl are friendly. Had to wait on my order and my sandwich was wrong. Sandwich was good they just forgot my jalapenos.

I worked in fast food management for 15 years. Right now this location is struggling. My pickup placed on line order was supposed to be ready at 8:35 last night they were not that busy however it took over an hour for them to make our order. There was zero delegation. Not a single trained employee the manager who was on duty seemed new. There was no apology. I could see and hear everything happening and said at any given time 3 or 4 sometimes more employees would just walk out from behind the counter to come talk to and hang out with other employees who were sitting in the lobby on break.

I gave two days notice, called the day before, and they called me a half hour before my order was due. Waited almost an hour past the due time to get my orders. It was a large order but with so much time given it should have been ready. Instead it made me a half hour late for work. I rather have just left and not brought anything then be late. Two other customers who were waiting for their orders also waited a while. One longer than me. Ordering fast food is fine but don’t cater from here. If you do give them an hour before you actually need it. People were friendly enough. I’ve only eat food from here once and had the same experience as everyone else below
