I had found a beetle in by bag of crawfish once i made it home. I then called and spoke to the manger about getting a refund. Her answer was No. She specifically said \I will loose money if I was to give you a refund.\ She also said \it was expected given the fact that it comes from the mud to find a bug/beetle mixed with crawfish.

Food is fantastic best crawfish I've ever had. I wish they'd sell that seasoning. Atmosphere is great and the staff were fast and friendly. Definitely recommend. If you want good crawfish shrimp or crab this is your spot!
Really enjoyed it, service was great crawfish was excellent. We were sitting in the outside area but they do an excellent job making it comfortable. Looking forward to my next time eating there!
Best crawfish I have had in awhile. They had plenty of spice and flavor and the atmosphere and service was great, highly recommended.
