AWESOME! The staff this afternoon was so pleasant. When I pulled up to place my order the gentlemen was so nice. He welcomed me and even said his name as if I was in a restaurant. He even thanked me. Wow, keep this young man and have him train others. I've never had that happen. They even greeted me at the window. The wait wasn't long and I was there at 12:57pm. The young lady that brought my food out was nice as well. She thanked me and even had a smile on her face. Great job for the staff today.

I was in an auto accident last year and hired Tyler Storms to represent me. Mr. Storms and his staff, were very professional, personable and easy to work with. They made sure to keep me in the loop at all times and truly had my best interests at heart. Mr. Storms did a wonderful job obtaining a fair settlement and I’m very pleased with the outcome. I recommend contacting Tyler Storms for any and all issues you have that require legal help. Thank you, Mr. Storms!

Mr. Tyler and Mr. Richard are incredible and I wouldn't trust my business with anyone else! Miss Terri and MIss Diane and the rest of the office staff that I've encountered are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I hired Richard Storms to represent me in a worker's compensation case, and was severely disappointed. I had to initiate communications almost the entire time, and a week before my court date, he informed me that if I want to fight them in court he's going to withdraw as my attorney. Giving me 5 days to find a new attorney before going to court. I realize that Louisiana is a crappy state to get hurt at work in, since the employee has virtually no rights in that situation, but when it was time to step up and fight on my behalf, Mr. Storms left me high and dry. I could probably write a short novel with all the disappointments I experienced. Do yourself a favor, and find someone else. I wish I would have.
