We were there for a 9:45 appointment. We weren't called back until 10:50. Then we waited for 25 more minutes for the doctor. A nurse came in and told us it would be a little longer. I complained that it had already been a lot of time. The doctor - from outside in the hallway - said \I'll handle this.\ He came in and yelled at me and accused me of being loud and aggressive as he put his finger in my face. He then asked us to leave and did not renew prescription s. In case you don't know, that's illegal. Doctors must give notice to terminate the doctor patient relationship and they must provide a referral. He did neither.

Doctors never listen to what I have to say. I never see the same person twice . I'm going thru something in life that isn't something one should take lightly and they just do NOT care . Even when I have an appointment I still have to wait an or even longer some days , before I get called back to a room . It's just ridiculous . I'll be looking for a new doctor today . I can't deal with these guys any longer !!!
This man has a genuine problem with answering his phone or calling in my prescriptions.
I've never actually seen Dr. Smith. I've only ever talked to the PAs, who are very nice, and the man who seems to be the PA-in-charge, who's also great and sort of oversees everything the PAs do. He's also a PA and he's got numerous degrees and was in the armed forces, and is smarter, better informed, and nicer than many doctors I've been to. They treat my 7 yo son too, and just as well. Their front desk staff is lovely. There is sometimes a bit of a wait, but I imagine that's because they take walk ins, which you would love if your kid was sick and had no appointment. They're helpful, friendly, and smart...I'm happy to keep going here.
I would give zero stars if it would allow. This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL doctors office I have ever had to deal with. Yes... worse than the staff at Dr. Belues office. The doctor prescribed an insulin pump. The company supplying the pump needed lab work, history of readings, medical notes, etc. The staff at Dr. Smiths office couldn't fill out the required forms and failed to send the records to the company supplying the pump. I was in contact with the company liason who was requesting the forms from the Dr office. She informed me that not only had she been requesting the information they needed but a representative from Tandem was also requesting them. After 5 months of total run around from the doctors office, multiple calls, multiple requests, multiple messages, Dr. stated that he would personally contact the Pump supplier to try to resolve any issues. A week later, still nothing, and the company liason informed me that they STILL had not heard from ANYONE from the Dr office. I called the Dr office and was told by one of the RUDE staff that the Insulin Pump company would have all of the information \as soon as they could get the fax to go through\.... and she hung up the phone. Yes, hung up. When I tried to call back, they would either not answer the phone or they would pick it up and hang back up. Finally they answered and Dr. Smiths got on the phone. He stated that everything I was saying was a lie and HE hung up the phone. None of this makes any sense at all. Rude and unprofessional. If you need a doctor you may need to look elsewhere. These people don't care about the patients. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go somewhere else!
