I financed a car from them tried to take it back the same day they’d closed the shop, so i tried to call and for 2 days they didn’t answer until i called from a different number and i was then told just test it for the weekend and that i could bring it back Monday. So under the impression that i could swap or get my money back because that’s what i was told i did just that....Monday came and i had taken a mechanic that i trusted with me And they went on to tell me i couldn’t get my money back or swap so i just kept the car thinking since i could build credit I would just settle but the whole time they had in house finance meanwhile i was being told the car was being financed at woodforest bank. Mind you they told my grandmother first national bank. I paid a 265 note and had to replace windshield wipers, tires, and then a month and half of having the car it wouldn’t start, i was told it was a problem with the transmission sensor from a mechanic...i didn’t not get a thing fixed i gave it back. A waste of my time, and my 3500. Save yourself the trouble and run in the opposite direction of these people.

bought a truck from them a lil over a year ago and its still running good
They cleared check engine codes and doctored a truck so it would run long enough to get it home. Called them back to tell them about it and the wife wouldn’t allow me to speak with Ken. STAY AWAY!!!!! I do not recommend anyone to go here

Ruston Auto Connection did not honor my UHaul reservation. My reservation was for 12-noon Saturday. I arrived on time and they were gone, messing up my move. Typical small town bs.
