Mr. Authority wannabe mall security parking police told us we couldn't park 4 motorcycles in 1 parking space, "only 1 car per stall". Is this really a policy? 1 motorcycle per stall? How does that help with the parking situation? We were happy to support old town at Spars. Not good for local business.

Saw the new Star Wars movie here, specifically not in 3d since I wear glasses and it tends to be uncomfortable for me. I love the idea of reserved seating and once there came to the conclusion that there really aren't any bad seats. With the stadium style seating (think that is the term), you don't have to worry about your view being blocked by the person in front of you, and you have your own arm rests in the reclining seats, so no bumping elbows with strangers. I really enjoyed the experience. I also noticed that there are two kiosks outside the main doors to purchase tickets at as well as the service counter where I just showed them my phone and got my paper tickets. I'm a bit confused by the low rated reviews where some people with no other reviews complain about the lobby having too much wasted space and being treated badly. The manager complaint might have been real... but the only other review the 'person' has is another 1 star review for a doctor in NC who they won't go back to because of a receptionist. Hope the theater isn't getting sock puppets attacking them in order to make Lakewood Regal seem better than it is. We have to stand out in the cold and the rain in order to get our tickets at that theater in then try to find a seat that doesn't suck. Not complaining about the Regal, just had a much better experience here... and it cost less.

This location is getting bigger and better by the day. Very pristine.

I had a great experience! Fewer seats per screen make the theater more intimate and the electric reclining seats were comfy. The staff was helpfull and friendly. I was there during the grand opening, Saturday with my daughter and 3 of her friends to see Peanuts in 3D. The movie was good and the sound system was great. I will be going back this weekend with my wife.

I was very excited about the opening of this new theater and it's location. My experience did not meet my expectations. 1. We were not warned that there would be construction noise that would interfere with the movie. 2. In theater 3 there is a weird shadow reflection from the projection booth that appears on the bottom right of the screen. Very distracting. 3. Apparently no one thought to turn the heat on. Movie theaters are known to be chilly, but this was antarctic. I had on a wool coat and scarf but my nose and fingers were really cold. Very disappointed. I hope they get their act together.

Saw star wars VII here twice on opening night! Love this theater! Great leather reclining seats, epic sound system and gorgeous picture!

Beautiful place to take the family for the day. However, two things to be on the lookout for. The parking police and your wallet because it is VERY expensive!

This is a great spot for dinner and a movie, or just a walk by the water. They're still building it out (more shops and restaurants), so I can only see it getting better (and busier).
