We took our dog to get groomed, and apparently the two women who used to groom her don't work there anymore, and whoever groomed her this time didn't do a good job at all. She had a bow on her head and her bottom was shaved, but that seemed to be it. Her face wasn't trimmed (we had to trim her face ourselves once we got home). Also, we asked if she had any mattes and we were told that she did not, but when we got home we counted 6 mattes on her. It also looked like her nails weren't clipped at all. We're trying to find the other women who used to groom her to see if they work somewhere else now, because we will take our dog to them.

Super cool staff! The store manager is so sweet and helpful! My only gripes are the lack of sales from the company and the quality of nail cutting for the groomers. Other than that, they are my go to! Who wants to go to expensive PetSmart when you have this gem!
Came in to get dog food for my pet. The young woman stopped what she was doing to show me different varieties and offer helpful advice. I also like that they offer sales on items. Good service !
