Fails to notify you when their business will be closed. When you depend on them to transport to dialysis, that is critical. The day after Christmas is not a day that you would expect an agency of this type to be closed. Answering service did not respond back after almost a 2 hour wait. Not a good service provider for people that have no one else that can step in at the last minute.
