Update, my questions were answered, thank you MM!!! Great bike great for old and young! I do hope there is a way to identify old vs new stock moving forward so the consumer is aware of assembly time. New bikes easy 5-10 minutes but older style could be hours and this was 2 mechanical guys, just moving at our own pace. Original review: This falls under the really wanna love it category and I think I will if I can get some questions answered from customer service. Received bike as a gift for my 50th birthday, unlike description of add handlebars and go, it was a full assembly, had to add oil and gas. No big deal, the store I purchased from probably had old stock. Well, the stickers on the bike and assembly manual told me things that were not possible. Add 20oz of oil when it came spilling out after 14oz. Lube clutch through hole that did not exist. Just have questions on maintenance and oil so I can ride my bike. Hope to change this review to 10 stars but with the phone number not working and no reply, yet, from customer service I am getting concerned.

Fantastic machine quality and customer service. I had a couple issues when it arrived that were most likely due to rough shipping & handling (not the fault of the manufacturer) and Mega Moto sent replacement parts out right away. Highly recommended.
Horrible customer service! I have purchased parts for my son motorcycle and paid for the 3 to 5 days delivery. It is now 6 days since the purchase and the not so friendly lady on the phone said “oh, it just shipped today”. When I asked why I was charged for the 3 to 5 day shipping she had no answer to it. I asked if anyone else could give me an answer of course she said no! Definitely not a good experience with this company. Erick
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Like non existent. Do not buy these bikes from anywhere. A month ago I purchased 4 through walmart. I am left with a defective tire and missing parts. 1 bike still sitting here unbuilt waitibg for the parts I TRIED to purchase and still haven't received. No calls back no response to emails. Terrible company.
Purchased the pro mini bike for 900. Drove it around my neighborhood for a couple days. Then, I took it to the trails in Wrens Ga (Sunny side is awesome by the way) and the bike broke down on me! It shredded the torque converter Belt. I wasn’t in the trails for no more than an hour, and had to push it almost 2 miles out of the woods. This happened a month ago as of 4/20/19. I’ve been contacting mega moto since and have not gotten the issue resolved yet. Honestly I asked for a return because I wasn’t happy with how the bike handled on the trails and wasn’t happy with the performance. Especially because my brother-in-law purchased the 1 step down from mine at Walmart and his tore up as well. He took his back to Walmart and no questions asked made the return. When I asked them if I could get a refund I was told that they don’t have a return policy. I have been waiting to be contacted by management for 2 weeks now as of 4/20/19. By far the worst purchase I ever made, and the worst company to purchase a bike through. If your bike runs, you’re fine, but as soon as it breaks they run away. They don’t stand behind there products. Also I was told before purchasing that they had a return policy. It was after the bike broke down that I found out there is a “no return policy”! Terrible experience!
Bought a mega max 212 for my son and the handle bar assembly was missing from a closed box. Tried to call, phone number is no good don’t even ring. Tried to email no response. Walmart will not let me return it. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT HONOR ANYTHING APPARENTLY BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE COMPANY CONTACT.
Terrible customer service! No responses to my emails and they never answer the phone!
