Water line burst during the recent snowstorm and freeing temperatures. Repairman was friendly and professional and work was done very quickly. Bill was a bit pricey for what was done. Almost 300 to repair a single pipe that is easily accessed from the side of the house. I'll probably not use them again unless it is an emergency.

I have used Mark Johnson Plumbing prior to today. They did such a good job on my other repairs. These guys are polite, respectful, experienced. They take the time after work is done to explain warranty if there is one. In this case I needed a new faucet. They took time to make sure I knew how to operate it since it is completely different than what I had. Being a widow, I really appreciate that. If you’re looking for a plumber look no further. These are the guys you want for the job.

Hence, from the time of placing the call to finishing the service, I must say that this company is top notch. In fact, my wife and I were so impressed with Kary and Noah, in terms of the knowledge and expertise that they provided to us, coupled with the helpful attitude that they displayed. I highly recommend Mark Johnson Plumbing! We needed a toilet replaced, pipes to our hot water heater replaced and our hose bib replaced. The pipes in our attic for our hot water heater needed to be replaced(carbon monoxide leak/fire hazard). Upon reviewing the pipes they did not like what they saw and made sure that was top priority on getting fixed the next day. They were very concerned for our safety! I love the text system to let me know when they were on the way and the fact that the technician was introduced via text message before arrival. All three of my jobs were completed in a timely manner and I no longer have to worry about them. Friendly staff and knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions and made sure to pick up as they went along. Will definitely use them again if the need arises!
Chris was friendly, professional, and found and fixed the problem quickly, keeping me informed during the process. I called and was able to get same day service only hours after first contacting the company. After completing the repair, he asked if there was anything else I needed looked at, and quickly gave me a quote for another job we need done. Very happy with the whole process.
