Called them on May 5th 16th 18th and 22nd with no call backs from the lady that will be setting up the mask. On the 28th of April I actually drove to the office with my lab results and ID with my insurance card to make sure it got there since I work away 20 days at a time. On the 17th I call and someone answers to tell me basically after 20 days they haven't ran my insurance. Joke of a company
