Had a horrible experience with LendNation, therefore I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the corporate office as well as the regulating agency for payday loan companies. However, while doing my research on LendNation, I came across a FB post from the branch manager at the LendNation in Ruston, LA. Basically, she's bashing her ccustomers who may have difficulty making payment on their loans. She seems to be threatening to disclose their names, as well as making fun of those individuals with other people commenting on her post. First, how dare you? You have no idea what a person's circumstances are. People come to you, obviously, as a last resort. Then you take there dilemmas and make fun of them. You need to be fired. That is definitely no way to represent the company that you work for, especially when people are trusting you with their information.
