I normally love KFC but this one calls for an exception. I usually get pot pies from KFC and I'm accustomed to them being out if you go about an hour before closing. It's never really bothered me and I just accepted that that wasthe reality of ordering something that they specially have to make. But as of this year every time I've gone I've either had my order interrupted by teller at the drive-thru to tell me that they don't have chicken or don't have anything ready to order, they don't have manners and talk to you any which kind of way they want, or my order just not received all together if I order online and occasionally when I order through the drive-thru. I don't know if this only applies to the night shift as that's the only time that I really go to KFC; it might be better in the day. But given the blatant disrespect and attitude from some of the employees I would stay away from here for a long while.

I had issues previously but this visit was great. Customer service was good. I ordered the 30 dollar bucket online through the app and everything was hot and fresh.
I will give two stars because in general I like KFC but this store does not want to sell you food. stopped a couple weeks ago and started to order, got stopped mid sentence and was told my order would take 25 minutes to complete. stopped today and as I started to order I was stopped mid sentence again and told a simple two piece was going to take 20 minutes. I promptly drove away and acquired food elsewhere. if you want really good chicken, go over to Southern Classic. they don't mind selling you food, you can buy all you want. if you are thinking about stopping here, don't waste your time, I won't ever again.
This place is a really sad excuse of an establishment. My first time I really wanted KFC it was 10:45 and they were suppose to open at 10:30. By 11 they were still closed with myself and a few other cars waiting in the parking lot. At 11:15 a manager showes up and unlocks the door but as soon as she saw someone getting out their car she ran in and locked the doors behind her (this was way before the pandemic). Food was raw and cold. Employees and managers cared more about yelling and gossiping over doing their jobs. Last couple of time I ate from here it was ordered through DoorDash. Every single time my order is wrong. This place is nothing better than trash
