They have quail on the menu, but when I asked they apparently did not have quail. I had to settle on a taco. Saw an asymmetrical air vent. (See edit below) 2/3 of the restaurants atmosphere is looks. After returning, I received the best Quail ever, definitely worth an upgrade to 4/5)

This place has changed hands a ton since 2004-2016 but everytime the recipes were the same. It's crazy that it seemed like it always fails because of the business model. The crazy thing is the food has always been stellar. Unfortunately the last time we tried it was not good at all. Fajitas were soaked in a vinager or something.
Portions aren't over the top (a good thing), servers were amazing, and food is delicious.

When we first walk in his very beautiful the lady at the register was great. But when it's time to make your order please believe you're going to get the worst customer service ever. I would not go into this restaurant because of the customer service. Me personally the food is great except for one portion of my food was burnt so I could not eat it when I told the customer service waitress she did not care to fix it or even try to help all she said was here's the ticket. That was my first time going in there and it will be my last.
We have probably eaten Mexican food at every restaurant we could stop at. We stopped in El Toro for the first time and we were impressed with the authentic Mexican cuisine it was clean, service was cordial and fast will absolutely go again.
In US is very hard to find good food. But this place could offer you good mexican dishes at very interesting price. Owner are very professional and kind. it wad the only restaurant i loved to repeat
