Cameron Surratt was awesome! I work with the youth at our church and he came to teach them basic defense moves that would be good for different emergency situations to protect themselves. They absolutely loved it! Even us leaders learned a few things! He was very patient and explained things very well to each person who needed help. I recommend this basic defense class to anyone!

Awesome classes! They're very beginner friendly while still giving you a good workout. Can be a bit intense, but only if you put out intense energy in your workouts. Overall, was a pretty fun time and a good class.
