My laptop needed to be fully wiped and reinstalled with Windows 10 and was done by the end off the day and able to use right after done with no problem. Would highly recommend this place due to how close to campus and friendly the service. Was cheep, and they know what there doing.

They said my fan repair would take 4 days. It took nearly 4 weeks with no update. Edit: The fan just straight up doesn't work now.
