This is THE WORST! There is limited help provided online so you have to call customer service for pretty much EVERYTHING. This explains the outrageous wait time to speak to someone (at LEAST 20 minutes). Paying over the phone is 3 MORE than paying online, for any type of change you have to provide basically everything but the blood of your first born and if there is any type of discrepancy of any sort (even if it is THEIR OWN FAULT), you can bank on your account being suspended.

This company is charging outrageous fees simply to send money to people who are incarcerated. The fee is 7.95 just to send any money at all!! The company does not care about people and is just trying to steal as much money as they can from those who are already suffering
I hope if you are a jail administrator you will call other jail admins and ask about their experience with this product. It's horrible. And customer service never picks up the phone.
Was on hold for 27 min before I finally hung up. Seems like they are taking sever advantage of people who are bound in chains.
Never answer the phone and cannot add money on a inmates acct.would rate 0 if they had it
