I ordered the Number 1. The "Giant Fish Sandwich". This is what I got. I asked if this was the normal amount of fries that came with the meal. Her response to me was, "That's not enough for you?" I was told that this was the normal amount and that I couldn't have anymore. The fish on the sandwich also wasnt even hot, calling it warm would be a stretch. I definitely wont be eating here again.

It is hard to believe that quality seafood can be prepared to order, by parties of 1 to even 10, in such short wait. One might think that quality would have to suffer. I promise that is not the case. The food is delicious! Let me re-emphasize: The...food...is...delicious! Also, we experienced very pleasant and cordial service!
A former employee told me when Covid hit they never received the hazard pay as they were promised for working through the Pandemic . Secondly they yelled at this former employee for simply being slow instead of encouraging her on how to do the job better . Management was very unprofessional in hiring practices and scheduling . In addition the kitchen AC unit never worked and management let it stay broke. Finally they broke Child labor laws by overworking the minors on staff by not giving them their State mandated Breaks .
Would give it no stars if I could. They must've cooked all the food in the same grease. Didn't taste good at all. I see why I haven't eaten at Captain D's in years. It'll be years again.

For captain d's, it was great! The funnel cake sticks were absolutely awesome!!
Slow, they put nothing on their bed of rice for grilled white fish. Used to love that dish for the seasoned rice.
Food was fresh and pipping hot!!! Will stop again. Coming from Mccomb Mississippi to California
