Very bad experience, I called 8/28/16 and I asked how long they would be open, it was around 3:15 the man who answered told me they close around 4. I live roughly 15 to 20 min away in which I also explained to the man with the thick accent, he assured me it would be fine. I got in my car and drove up to the store they were closed, keep in mind I do not live in Ruston, normally I would not go to this particular store in Ruston because of my past experiences, do not spend your hard earned American dollars here go to Hair City or Lux, I do not recommend this store, even the hours on the so called website are in accurate.
