The associate greeted everyone as they walked in, but said nothing to me or my boyfriend the entire time we were there. When we went to look at the guns that were for sell he was literally 1/2 a foot from us(straight across the counter). But completely ignored us, never asked if he could assist, or if we had any question, etc. After waiting 8-10 mins to see if he would acknowledge our presence we decided to leave when he didn't. I wont be back. Went to cash america and got a gun. We were serious about making a purchase, but I wont spend a dime anywhere employees refuse to acknowledge that I'm even there... esp. If I'm standing right in front of them.

What other self respecting Pawn shop is only open 5 hours on Saturday and 8 during the week. Seems like the owners are just lazy af and barely want to work. Go back to Monroe or wherever

I've been doing business with them for quite a while and they have always treated me right. The owner is great and has always made me feel more like a friend than a customer, just like the staff does. They run a tight ship and are always willing to work with you,! Thank you Cajun pawn for having a store in Ruston!
