Just dropped my Chevy Impala SS off for a complete diagnostic and a few other issues. Holly is very nice, knowledgeable & thorough. They are honest and truthful with diagnostics and don't outright lie about what is needed like Legacy Motors in Farmerville did. Luckily I knew something about engines and Legacy didn't get my money! I will from this day forward take all of my vehicles to Broom Auto & highly recommend that you do as well!
Holly and Chris are the best! They go above and beyond to help you with anything you need, even if they don’t offer it. If that’s the case, they give great recommendations and make sure you’re only paying for exactly what you need! This was my 3rd time working with them, and they replaced an ignition coil and a cv axle in my 2011 Nissan Altima for an exceptional price. They’re very informative and knowledgable, and even came to my rescue when my car wouldn’t start out of kindness! Some of the most genuine and honest people I’ve met in the auto industry.
