Cannot go wrong here! The brisket is one of a kind and the pork is the best! I’ve eaten BBQ in more than one place in the US, and keep coming back here. So glad I live close enough to enjoy the best frequently.

Brisket Boudin is a must try! This is now my favorite boudin! The was very delicious, as was the loaded sweet potato and tacos. We will be heading back over soon! it was worth the drive.

Bad Wolf BBQ catered my daughter’s graduation party last year. The food was so delicious! Easy to order, easy to work with, reasonable prices, generous portions, and did I mention how delicious their food is?? Highly recommend and wish I lived closer to them so I could treat myself more.

Finally made it to Bad Wolf BBQ over in Ruston. Andrew Caskey is absolutely killing it. Brisket was savory and wonderful, ribs delicious, the boudin spot on, jalapeño cheddar sausage perfectly balanced and those pork belly burnt ends with blueberry gastrique were insanely good. Also wonderfully surprised by their white sauce paired with the brisket. The regular BBQ sauce was phenomenal. This is a must visit if you’re anywhere near Ruston (or even an hour away like me)

The. Best. Ever. The brisket basically melts in your mouth. The burnt ends are amazing. Brussels sprouts are my new favorite item. Great staff as well!

Mother clucker. With the jalapeno cheese bun. Or literally anything else. The sweet chili brussel sprouts are amazing. The street corn is amazing. The brisket is amazing. The boudin is amazing. You are missing out if you haven't been here yet. You can't go wrong. Unless you decide not to come eat here. Then you really messed up.

Best brisket sandwich I've ever had....on jalepeno bread it's even better. They also offer a white sauce alternative to bbq sauce. Very much worth the trip to find them!
