I have done a lot of business here with no issues until lately. I just had them install a light in my pool that I had to order in. After light arrival I waited 3 weeks for install. I turned light on after install and it was not the color changing light I paid for. I called to inform them and was told it would be another 3-4 weeks before they could come back out to check on it. After paying over 1000 for something you would think you could get it before an entire summer has passed. Very disappointed in service.

We love Azure! All of the guys are great. Cool place to be, cool people, great products. Christian is wonderful and knowledgeable. We bought a 30 round and have loved it. We live in South Arkansas and they were quick to come out, had the pool up in just a few hours. Work crew was great. This is the only pool place we will use! Free water testing and you can get all of your chemicals and accessories there. If you want a pool, this is the place to go. Also from calling around, they had the best prices if not comparable to others. But you can’t beat the service. Friendly, happy, NEVER rude like other places. They really take the time. Thanks to all the guys that have helped us and we will continue to frequent Azure for water testing, chemicals and new accessories!

After doing our due diligence and checking out 8-10 pool companies, we had our pool and spa installed by Azure Pools and Spas. This was a pleasant experience from the start and continues to be. They were knowledgeable and trustworthy during our planning, responsive to our needs and changes during installation, and have been prompt and helpful with teaching us maintenance and upkeep. Would recommend them without reservation to anyone.
